By accessing or using the StayNiska platform (the "Service") operated by NISKA INNOVATIONS (OPC) PVT LTD, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of such changes.

StayNiska (stayniska.com) is an online travel platform operated by NISKA INNOVATIONS (OPC) PVT LTD. We connect guests with accommodation providers and facilitate bookings for nightly stays and hourly stays at hotels, resorts, and apartments. We act as an intermediary between you and the property; the actual accommodation contract is between you and the property.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts to use our Service. By using StayNiska, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

When you make a booking, you agree to pay the total amount due, including applicable taxes and fees. We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets through our payment partners (including Razorpay, PhonePe, and other RBI-compliant payment gateways). All online payments are processed securely. Cancellation and refund policies vary by property and are displayed at the time of booking. You are responsible for reviewing the specific policy before confirming your reservation.

Online payments on StayNiska are processed by third-party payment gateways (such as Razorpay, PhonePe) that comply with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines. By making a payment, you agree to the payment gateway's terms. We do not store your full card or payment credentials. For refunds, see our Cancellation and Refunds Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. StayNiska reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Any dispute arising from your use of the Service or payments shall be governed by the laws of India. The courts at the place of the company's registered office shall have exclusive jurisdiction. For payment-related disputes, we will cooperate with our payment partners to resolve issues in accordance with applicable regulations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NISKA INNOVATIONS (OPC) PVT LTD and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant booking.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
