We use your information to process bookings, process payments, send confirmations, manage your account, personalize your experience, send promotional offers (with your consent), improve our Service, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations. We share your booking details with the property you have booked. For payment processing, we share necessary payment data (transaction amount, order reference, customer contact) with our payment service providers including Razorpay, PhonePe, and other RBI-compliant gateways. These providers are PCI DSS compliant and process payments securely. We may share data with analytics providers and service partners; we only share what is necessary and require these parties to protect your information.

Payment transactions are handled directly by our payment gateways (Razorpay, PhonePe, etc.). Your card details, UPI credentials, or net banking credentials are not stored on our servers. Our payment partners are PCI DSS compliant and follow RBI guidelines for secure payment processing. We retain transaction references and payment status for order management and refund processing.
