Cancellations and refunds

Each rate shows its cancellation terms at checkout. Free-cancellation rates can be cancelled until the deadline shown; non-refundable rates follow the property policy.

For pay-now bookings, refunds are processed through the same payment path when the hotel’s policy allows. Use Manage booking or your account stays to start a cancel.
