Have details ready
Guest name as on ID, email, phone, and any company GST fields should be ready before you tap continue. Slow forms are the most common reason holds expire.

Pick payment mode early
Decide pay-now, partial, or pay-at-hotel before the hold clock feels loud. Switching methods mid-flow is fine — just don’t leave the page idle.

If the hold expires
Nothing is charged for an unused hold. Search again for fresh availability — rates and rooms can change quickly in busy cities.
